Daryl has always been passionate about high quality foods. As a graduate of the CIA in NY, he worked in some of the most prominent restaurants and with some notable chefs in the VA/DC area. The transition to being 'THE guy' that delivered quality grade proteins occurred when he saw a shortage in the quality at the local markets for his family and he's been servicing the DMV area for over 18 years now. While his company: A Cut Above has access to everything, his most popular items include: Filet Mignon, Sea Bass, Ahi Tuna, Salmon and Specialty Chicken.
